A: Yes, setup and delivery are included. Please note that applicable sales tax may be added to the final total.
Q: Who controls the mechanical bull?
A: Every rental includes a trained and experienced operator who controls the mechanical bull throughout your event. The operator adjusts the speed and ride difficulty according to each rider’s age, size, and skill level to ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone.
Q: What is the maximum rider weight for the mechanical bull?
A: Our commercial-grade mechanical bull can safely accommodate riders up to 300 pounds (136 kg). If you have guests who may exceed this limit, please let us know in advance so we can discuss available options and safety requirements.
Q: How long does setup and takedown take?
A: Setup usually takes 30–45 minutes, while takedown generally takes 20–30 minutes. Our team handles the entire process to ensure a safe and professional installation.
Q: When do you set up?
A: That depends on how many rentals we have that day. Generally we arrive anytime the day before the rental begins to set up for Saturday Rentals or the morning of, Sunday rentals we arrive 1-3 hours before the set party time.
Q: We’ve rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
A: No. The jump will be clean when you get it. Fun House & Party Supplies LLC cleans and disinfects after every rental.
Q: Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
A: Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That’s why we require an outlet within 50 of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.
Q: What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
A: Yes we do service parks with an addition $100.00 added insurer and time sensitivity fee. As far as electricity; please confirm with your park director. We do rent generators with a full tank of gas for $125.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Chime, Cash App, Zelle, Apple Pay. Customers may pay either a deposit or the full balance when booking. Full payment is required at least 24 hours prior to the rental date.
Q: What if we need to cancel?
A: If you need to cancel your reservation, any deposit paid is fully refundable, provided the cancellation is made before the scheduled delivery time. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can process your refund and update our schedule accordingly.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, we require a minimum deposit of 50% of the total rental amount to secure your reservation. This deposit helps cover the necessary preparations, supplies, scheduling, setup, and delivery for your event. The remaining balance is due before or upon delivery, depending on your rental agreement.
Q: How big are the jumps?
A: Each jump is different, please contact us if you need the dimensions of a certain jump.
Q: What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?
A: Check the requirements listed with each jump. Also, make sure you have at least a 4′ access to the area where it will be set up. The jumps can weigh up to 650 pounds so we need a clear path with ample room.
Q: What surfaces do you set up on?
A: We can set up on Grass. Concrete as well with a fee.
Q: Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
A: Yes. There is a link in your receipt once you’ve ordered or you may contact our office.
Q: Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
A: Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We don’t want you or us to be in that situation which is why we have you sign and initial on all of our safety rules so that you can be the trained operator.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
